Frequently Asked Questions

Web development packages require a 12-month service agreement. Early termination requires payment of 50% of remaining monthly fees (minimum £350 to cover development costs). Setup fees are non-refundable. You'll receive a backup of your site content upon request.
Yes! We can set up a simple CMS for you, or we handle updates for you as part of your package allowance.
You own your content, images, and brand assets. MK TechLAB retains ownership of the code and infrastructure during the managed service. If you choose to end the service, we'll assist with migration, though the custom codebase remains our intellectual property.
You can upgrade to a higher tier subscription plan, or pay £75/hour for additional features and content updates. We'll always provide a quote before starting any extra work.
